A refund will only be issued when the product is in poor condition or does not align with the characteristics related to its preparation, flavor, texture, aroma, presentation, or overall quality. In such cases, you may request a review to determine whether an exchange or a refund is appropriate.<\/span><\/p>

Returns and exchanges apply when the product shows issues related to the production process or differs from the information provided at the time of purchase. This policy does not apply if the product has been improperly handled or stored after delivery, or if the deterioration is the result of normal use or the natural lifespan of the product.<\/span><\/p>
